Teltronics Files Chapter 11 Plan to Sell Off Assets

The Dow Jones Daily Bankruptcy Review.(www.dowjones.com) reported that Palmetto-based telecommunications equipment manufacturer Teltronics (www.teltronics.com) has filed a bankruptcy-exit plan that calls for the sale of its assets. Details on possible buyers, opening bid price and other details were scant in the company’s Chapter 11 plan, which was filed last Friday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Tampa. Estimated liabilities topped $19.8 million with assets estimated at $9.1 million. The company's sale is expected to close before Dec. 6. Click here to read more.
